Pinoy Style Beef in Black Pepper Sauce (Karneng Baka)

Ingredients:
300g beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 small onion, shredded
Marinade:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg white
1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp plain flour
Black Pepper Sauce:
4 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 tbsp water
1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
