Filipino Recipe Crispy Pork Belly (Pinoy Lechon Kawali)

Ingredients:

300g pork belly
3 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tsp salt

How to cook:

1. Boil 3 cups of water.
2. Add in 3 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp salt.
3. Add in the pork belly and boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain.
4. Brush well with vinegar and salt.
5. Deep fry over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve with Mang Tomas.

  • Wash 5 potatoes ,peel ,cut in half , Put in micro safe plastic jug ,haif full with warm water ,pich of salt ,Cook high for 10 to 15 minutess .When cooked take out of micro wave drain water ,Mash potatoes add bit of milk ,and butter. Leave to stand for few minutes ,Then Add mixed veges ,and cheese to your liking .
