Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb squid (pusit), washed and long thin membrane removed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic. minced
black pepper
cooking oil
How to cook adobong pusit:
1. In a saucepan, heat the oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the squid.
3. Then add the soy sauce and vinegar.
4. Season with black pepper.
5. Simmer for few minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.

i share ko langpo ito..pag nagluluto ng adobo kahit anong adobo. isasangkutsa muna sa bawang ,sibuyas,paminta ,toyo,suka at asin.at pag malambut na. saka mu palang igigisa. at kung meron kang ilalagay na toppings halimbawa red bell pepper,onion ring at yellow ginger isabay na sa gisa.. then ihalo na yung adobong pusit. mawawala ang lansa..thanks po
