Filipino Recipe Pinakbet (Pinoy Ilokano Pinakbet)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
8 pcs string beans (cut into 2 inches long)
1/3 squash, cubed
6 pcs okra, sliced
2 pcs eggplant, sliced
4 pcs small ampalaya, sliced
200g ground pork
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 tbsp bagoong alamang
2 cups water
How to cook:
1. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
2. Add in the ground pork and stir-fry until cooked.
3. Add 4 tbsp bagoong alamang and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Add squash and okra, stir-fry for 3 minutes then add the rest of the vegetables. Gently stir to combine.
5. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
6. Lower the heat. Simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender. Be sure not to overcook it.
7. You may wish to correct the taste by adding a little bit of bagoong alamang. Gently stir to blend.
8. Serve hot.




















Ang pag kakaalam ko sa Ilokanong Pinakbet is walang alamang na hipon usually bagoong isda at walang gaanong sabaw.. pero sa palagay ko pinakbet na tagalog yang nasa picture..
i really like the pinkbet so much!!!!
