Ingredients:
Burong isda (dalag or hito)
onion, sliced
garlic, diced
cooking oil
How to cook ginisang burong isda:
1. In a pan saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until fragrant.
2. Add the burong isda.
3. Mix well.
4. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
5. Serve as a side with fried fish or with a vegetable dish such as pinakbet.
