Filipino Recipe Ginisang Ampalaya (Sauteed Bitter Melon)

Ingredients:
1 small ampalaya, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
100g ground pork
1 egg
a dash of salt
How to cook:
1. Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes until cooked.
2. Add in the ground pork and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the pork is tender.

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
100g ground pork
1 large sayote, sliced
2 cups water
salt or fish sauce
