Ingredients:
5 pieces pampano
1 onion, sliced
3 cloved garlic, sliced,
1 root ginger, sliced
1 cup water
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp peppercorn

1 1/2 tbsp sinigang mix
