Filipino Leche Flan

Filipino Leche Flan                         Ingredients:

12 eggs (yolk only)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
5 tbsp sugar
vanilla essence

Caramel:

3 tbsp sugar for each aluminum mold

How to cook:

1. Put sugar into the aluminum mold and melt over low heat. Set aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients by hand until smooth.
3. Gently pour the mixture onto the aluminum molds then cover with plastic or aluminum foil.
4. Steam for about 15 to 18 minutes.
5. Let cool then refrigerate.
