Filipino Recipe Corned Beef Burger

Ingredients:

1/2 can corned beef
2 eggs
salt
cooking oil

How to cook corned beef burger:

1. Beat eggs.
2. Combine corned beef with the egg. Mix well.

Ingredients:

5 pieces legs, cut legs in half
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 big carrot, sliced diagonal
1 celery, sliced
1/2 red pepper, cut lengthwise
1/2 green pepper, cut lengthwise
1 cauliflower
1/2 small cabbage
napa cabbage
snowpeas
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp flour
4 cups water
cooking oil
knorr chicken cube
salt
pepper

How to cook chop suey:

1. In a casserole, saute onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add the chicken. Cook until the chicken is not pinkish in color.
3. Add soy sauce, then the water and the chicken cube.
4. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Remove scums.
5. Then add the carrots, cauliflower, celery and snowpeas. Mix well.
6. Combine flour with a little bit of water until smooth. Add to the casserole.
6. Add the remaining ingredients.
7. Cover for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook the vegetables.
8. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
9. Serve hot with steamed rice.

Ingredients:

fried spam (leftover)
roasted seaweed
cooked rice
soy sauce

How to make spam musubi:

1. Cut the roasted seedweed sheet in half.
2. Lay flat on a plate/surface.
3. Place one slice of spam at one end of the seaweed.

Ingredients:

1 lb pork spare ribs
2 potatoes, quartered
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vinegar
3/4 c. soy sauce
4 c. water
1/2 tsp peppercorn
cooking oil

How to cook:

1. In a casserole, saute garlic and onion in oil.
2. Add pork spareribs. Stir until brown.
3. Add soy sauce. Simmer for few minutes.
4. Then add water, vinegar and peppercorn.
5. Cook until meat is almost tender.
6. Then add the potatoes. Cook slightly covered until meat is tender.
7. Serve with rice.

Filipino Recipe Baked Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

2 pieces chicken breasts, cut lengthwise
flour
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
salt
black pepper
honey barbeque sauce
ranch dressing

How to cook baked chicken tenders:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper.
3. Add the flour to a shallow dish, then season the flour with salt and pepper.
4. Beat the eggs in another shallow dish.
5. Add the breadcrumbs to a third shallow dish.
6. Take the chicken tenders and dredge them through the flour to coat, shaking off any excess flour.
7. Dip the floured chicken tenders into the egg to completely coat.
8. Finally, coat the chicken tenders with the breadcrumbs.

9. Bake the breaded chicken tenders in the oven for 30 minutes.

10. Serve with honey barbecue sauce or ranch as dipping sauce.

Filipino Recipe Mini Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients:

1 package brownie mix with chocolate syrup(ready mix)
1 carrot, grated
1/4 c water
1 egg
marshmallows
chopped dates or any nuts

How to cook mini marshmallow brownies:

How to cook grilled pork sisig:

1. Chop grilled pork into small pieces.
2. Add mayonnaise, fish sauce and lemon. Mix well.
3. Warm grilled pork mixture in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
