Filipino Recipe Chicken Tinola

Ingredients:
3 tbsp chopped ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
300g chicken drummettes
1 medium sayote, sliced
2 pcs chicken stock cubes
1-2 cups water
3 tbsp cooking oil
fish sauce (optional)
How to cook:
1. In casserole, heat cooking oil. Saute ginger, garlic and onion until fragrant.

Ingredients:
300g chicken thigh and legs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium potato, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
