3 large dungeness crabs, steamed “”
2 cans coconut milk
1 big jalapeno, chopped
5 pieces red chili, chopped
1 ginger, sliced thinly
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced

Pinoy Halabos na Alimango (Steamed Dungeness Crab)

3 large fresh dungeness crabs (alimango)
2 tbsp. salt
1 cup water
lemon with alamang (dipping sauce, optional)
How to cook halabos na alimango:
1. Pour water in a large cooking pot.
2. Add crabs then sprinkle with salt.
3. Cook slightly covered for 20-30 minutes until crabs turn bright orange.

2 lbs large mud crabs or prawns, claws cracked, shells removed and cleaned. Drain to dry.
4 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
