Ingredients:
300g chicken thigh and legs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium potato, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced

4 pcs chicken breast, fillet
cooking oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
Marinade:
1 tbsp minced garlic
6 tbsp calamansi juice
6 tbsp soy sauce
a dash of finely ground black pepper
