Ingredients:
8 1/2 lbs. bone in fully cooked ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 can pineapple rings

1 cup soy sauce
1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
cooking oil

1. Combine soy sauce, lemon and sugar.
2. Marinade the pork steak overnight.
