Ingredients:
300g pork belly
3 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tsp salt
How to cook:
1. Boil 3 cups of water.
2. Add in 3 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp salt.
3. Add in the pork belly and boil for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain.
